Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor - 2.3L: Installation

Install the CKP, but do not tighten the bolts at this time.

NOTE: The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor alignment tool is supplied with the new sensor and is not available separately.

Adjust the CKP with the crankshaft position sensor alignment jig and tighten the bolts.
Connect the CKP electrical connector.

Remove the M6 bolt.

Remove the crankshaft timing peg.

Install the plug.
