Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the accelerator control snow shield.

  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
  3. Remove the accelerator cable and the speed control cable (if equipped).

  4. Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector.

  5. Remove the bolts and the throttle body.

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Tighten the throttle body bolts in the sequence shown to 10 N.m (89 lb-in).
