Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner box. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
  2. If equipped, remove the bolt and position the speed control actuator aside.

  3. Disconnect the washer motor electrical connector.

  4. Disconnect the overflow hose at the expansion tank and drain the coolant from the expansion tank.

  5. Disconnect the washer motor hose.

  6. Remove the two nuts and two bolts and remove bottle.

  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
