Removal and Installation

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Disconnect the front anti-lock brake sensor wire from the vehicle frame.
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    2. Unclip the front anti-lock brake sensor wire from the vehicle frame.

  3. Remove the front anti-lock brake sensor.
    1. Remove the bolt.
    2. Remove the front anti-lock brake sensor.

  4. NOTE: Plug the sensor mount opening and thoroughly clean the mounting surface. Apply grease.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
