Rear Seat Cushion

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. For additional information, refer to REAR SEAT .
  2. Disassemble the parts in the order listed in the following illustration and table.

    To remove individual parts, only carry out the listed steps: 

    PARTS REMOVING STEPS

    Part Steps
    Right heated seat module 1,2
    Left heated seat module 3,4
    Right heated seat cushion element 5,6-7
    Left heated seat cushion element 5,8-9
    Rear seat trim cover 5

  3. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.

Item 5: Cushion Trim Cover Disassembly Note 

  1. Remove all the outer seat cushion trim cover hog rings.
  2. CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat upholstery from the hook and loop strip, or the hook and loop strip can be torn from the seat cushion foam pad.
  3. Separate the hook and loop fasteners.
  4. Remove all the inner seat cushion trim cover hog rings.
  5. Remove the seat cushion trim cover.
