PINS CIRCUIT REFERENCE

Pin Number(s) Circuit Designation/Description Normal Condition/Measurement
1 CKT 32-AH45 (WH/BU) Inflate output circuit from lumbar seat switch to power lumbar motor Less than 5 ohms to the lumbar motor. Greater than 10,000 ohms to ground when switch is not pressed. Greater than 10 volts when connected and switch is in inflate.
3 CKT 31-AH46 (BK) Ground Continuity to lumbar seat switch, less than 5 ohms.
4 CKT 33-AH45 (YE/BU) Deflate output Less than 5 ohms to the lumbar motor. Greater than circuit from lumbar seat switch to power lumbar motor 10,000 ohms to ground when switch is not pressed. Greater than 10 volts when connected and switch is in deflate.
5 CKT 30-AH46 (RD) Battery voltage from rear PDB Greater than 10 volts at all times.
