PINS CIRCUIT REFERENCE

Pin Number(s) Circuit Designation/Description Normal Condition/Measurement
1 CKT 32-AH39 (WH/BU) Inflate output circuit from lumbar seat switch to power lumbar motor Less than 5 ohms to the lumbar motor. Greater than 10,000 ohms to ground when switch is not pressed. Greater than 10 volts when connected and switch is in inflate.
3 CKT 31-AH40 (BK/GN) Ground Continuity to lumbar seat switch, less than 5 ohms.
4 CKT 33-AH39 (YE/BU) Deflate output circuit from lumbar seat switch to power lumbar motor Less than 5 ohms to the lumbar motor. Greater than 10,000 ohms to ground when switch is not pressed. Greater than 10 volts when connected and switch is in deflate.
5 CKT 30-AH40 (RD/GN) Battery voltage from rear PDB Greater than 10 volts at all times.
