Windshield Washer Pump and Reservoir

CAUTION: Do not make electrical connections prior to filling the windshield washer reservoir. Do not operate the windshield washer pump prior to filling the windshield washer reservoir.

Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Position the RF splash shield aside. For additional information, refer to FENDER .
Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Item 1: Windshield Washer Hose Removal Note

Windshield washer fluid should be collected in a container after the windshield washer hose is disconnected.

Item 3: Windshield Washer Reservoir Installation Note

Do not make electrical connections prior to filling the windshield washer reservoir.
Do not operate the windshield washer pump prior to filling the windshield washer reservoir.
