Front Bumper

Remove the headlamps. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR LIGHTING - LS .

To remove individual components, only carry out the listed steps.

COMPONENTS REMOVING STEPS

Component	Steps
Front valance panel	1-4
Bumper cover	1-8
Bumper beam	1-11

Remove the components in the order listed in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Item 8: Bumper Cover Removal Note

Disconnect the two fog lamp electrical connectors
Disconnect the two side marker lamp electrical connectors.
Remove the front bumper cover by pulling the center tabs downward and the outboard tabs on each side outward.

Item 10: Bumper Beam Bolts Removal Note

Remove the front bumper.
1. Drill out the six spot welds.
2. Remove the eight bolts.
