Door Check Arm

Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM - LS .
Remove the components in the order listed in the following illustration and table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Item 1: Door Check Arm Screw Removal Note

Do not close the door after the door check screws have been removed.

Item 4: Speaker Removal Note

Position the speaker aside.
Through the speaker opening remove the door check assembly.
