No communication with the rear electronic module (REM)	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 25 (40A). Circuitry. REM.	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK - LS to continue module communication diagnosis.
No communication with the driver door module (DDM)	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 25 (40A). Central junction box (CJB) fuse 7 (5A). Circuitry. DDM.	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK - LS to continue module communication diagnosis.
All power windows are inoperative	Circuitry. LH front window control switch. Driver door module (DDM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST G: ALL POWER WINDOWS ARE INOPERATIVE .
A single power window is inoperative - LH front	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 20 (30A). Circuitry. LH front window control switch. LH front window motor. Driver door module (DDM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST H: A SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - LH FRONT .
A single power window is inoperative - RH front	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 20 (30A). Circuitry. LH front window control switch. RH front window control switch. RH front window motor. Driver door module (DDM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST I: A SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - RH FRONT .
A single power window is inoperative - LH rear, RH rear	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 19 (20A) (LH rear window). Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 30 (20A) (RH rear window). Circuitry. LH rear/RH rear window control switch. LH rear/RH rear window motor. LH front window control switch. Rear electronic module (REM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST J: A SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - LH REAR OR RH REAR .
The one-touch up/down feature is inoperative	Circuitry. LH front/RH front window control switch. LH front/RH front window motor. Driver door module (DDM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST K: THE ONE-TOUCH UP/DOWN FEATURE IS INOPERATIVE .
The global open/close feature does not operate correctly	Driver door module (DDM). Circuitry. Door key cylinder switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST L: THE GLOBAL OPEN/CLOSE FEATURE DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY .
The defrost system is inoperative	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 29 (30A). Circuitry. Heated rear window relay. Heated rear window grid. Heated rear window capacitor. Dual automatic temperature control (DATC) module. Rear electronic module (REM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST M: THE DEFROST SYSTEM IS INOPERATIVE .
The defrost system will not shut off automatically	Heated rear window relay. Circuitry. Dual automatic temperature control (DATC) module. Rear electronic module (REM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST N: THE DEFROST SYSTEM WILL NOT SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY .
The defrost system is inoperative - heated wiper park	Auxiliary junction box (AJB) fuse 13 (30A). Heated wiper park relay. Heated wiper park grids. Circuitry. Dual automatic temperature control (DATC) module. Rear electronic module (REM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST O: THE DEFROST SYSTEM IS INOPERATIVE - HEATED WIPER PARK .
The defrost system will not shut off automatically - heated wiper park	Heated wiper park relay. Circuitry. Dual automatic temperature control (DATC) module.	Go To PINPOINT TEST P: THE DEFROST SYSTEM WILL NOT SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY - HEATED WIPER PARK .
The delayed accessory is inoperative/does not operate correctly	Driver door module (DDM).	INSTALL a new DDM. REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK - LS . TEST the system for normal operation.
