PASSIVE ANTI THEFT (PATS) C252 CONNECTOR PINOUTS REFERENCE

Pin Number(s) Circuit Designation/Description Normal Condition/Measurement
1 29S-GL36 (OG/BU) power feed to the PATS transceiver Greater than 10 volts key ON or OFF.
2 31-GL36 (BK) ground for the PATS transceiver 0 voltage, less than 5 ohms.
3 8-GL36 (WH/RD) transmits signal to instrument cluster 0 voltage, 5 ohms or less between the instrument cluster and the PATS transceiver. Greater than 10,000 ohms to ground with the instrument cluster and the PATS transceiver disconnected.
4 10-GL36 (GY/RD) receives signal from instrument cluster 0 voltage, 5 ohms or less between the instrument cluster and the PATS transceiver. Greater than 10,000 ohms to ground with the instrument cluster and the PATS transceiver disconnected.
