Brake Pedal Position (BPP) Switch

  1. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Item 2: BPP Switch Installation Note 

CAUTION: Initial installation of the brake pedal position (BPP) switch allows for one adjustment. If additional adjustments are required, install a new BPP switch.
  1. Rotate the knob counterclockwise to the stop to unlock.

  2. With the engine running, fully depress the brake pedal.
  3. Install the BPP switch and slowly release the brake pedal.
