Pinpoint Test F: The Power Supply Relay Is Inoperative - All Switched System Power (SSP) Features

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Lincoln LS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: The ignition switch must be cycled from OFF to ON to enable the SSP feature.
NOTE: Refer to Principles of Operation and the SSP Relay Index for complete detail of SSP-powered features.
  1. FI CHECK THE BJB
    • Key in OFF position.
    • Disconnect: SSP1 Relay C441.
    • Measure the voltage between the SSP1 relay C441 -86, circuit 30-DG51 (RD/YE), harness side and ground.
