Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the front lower splash shield.

  2. To remove individual components, carry out only the listed steps.
    ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT, TENSIONER AND PULLEY COMPONENTS STEPS

    Component Steps
    Accessory drive belt 1
    Accessory drive belt idler pulley 1-3
    Accessory drive belt tensioner 1, 4-5
  3. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
