Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in neutral, position it on a hoist.
Remove the intake manifold tuning valves. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR, FUEL CHARGING, STARTING & ENGINE ELECTRONICS - 3.0L (4V) .
Remove the fresh air inlet duct housing. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR, FUEL CHARGING, STARTING & ENGINE ELECTRONICS - 3.0L (4V) .
Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Raise the engine and remove the engine mount.
