Trim Panel - Quarter, Regular Cab: Removal

- Remove the scuff plate.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the scuff plate.
- On RH quarter trim panel, remove the jack handle carrier cover.
- On RH quarter trim panel, remove the jack handle carrier.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the jack handle carrier.
- On LH quarter trim panel, remove the package tray mat.
- On LH quarter trim panel, remove the package tray.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the package tray.
- From behind the front safety belt guide cover, release the retaining tab and open the cover.
- Remove the nut and safety belt guide.
- Disconnect the safety belt anchor.
- Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
- Disconnect the safety belt anchor.
- Reposition the quarter trim panel.
- Remove the pin-type retainers.
- Reposition the quarter trim panel.
- Disconnect the radio speaker electrical connector.
- Lower the rear of the A-pillar moulding to remove the quarter trim panel.
- Remove the quarter trim panel.
- Feed the safety belt webbing through the quarter trim panel.
NOTE:
If the safety belt guide cover is damaged or if it does not remain closed, install a new cover.
