Abs Warning Indicator Does Not Self-Check, Always On, No DTCS (1999 Models)

- Turn ignition off. Disconnect ABS control module connector. Disconnect instrument cluster connector. Measure voltage of Black/Red wire between instrument cluster connector and ground. If voltage is present, repair Black/Red wire. Repeat self-test. If no voltage is present, go to next step.
- Measure resistance of Black/Red wire between instrument cluster connector and ABS control module connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace HCU. Repeat self-test. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair Black/Red wire. Repeat self-test.
