Water Pump - 3.0L: Installation

  1. Install the water pump.

  2. Install the A/C compressor mounting bracket.

  3. Install the A/C compressor.

  4. Install the water pump pulley.

  5. Install the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to SPECIFICATIONS & DRIVE BELT ROUTING .
  6. Connect the heater hose.

  7. Connect the lower radiator hose.

  8. Install the fan blade and fan shroud. For additional information, refer to SHROUD - 3.0L & 4.0L .
  9. Install the air cleaner outlet tube.
  10. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  11. Fill the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING & BLEEDING - 3.0L & 4.0L .
