Radiator - 2.3L: Removal

- Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING & BLEEDING - 2.3L .
- Disconnect the coolant overflow hose from the radiator, position the hose away from the radiator.
- Disconnect the upper radiator hose.
- Remove the cooling fan and shroud. For additional information, refer to COOLING FAN MOTOR & SHROUD - 2.3L .
- Disconnect the lower radiator hose.
- Remove the bolts, tilt the radiator back and lift it directly upward.
- Remove the three pushpins and the plastic cap from the top of the radiator channel.
