Axle Tube Bearing: Removal

Remove the right-hand halfshaft. For additional information, refer to AXLE SHAFTS (4WD) .
Remove the right-hand axle shaft.

Use a converter oil seal remover and a slide hammer to remove the axle seal.

Use an axle bearing remover and a slide hammer to remove the axle tube bearing.

Clean the bearing and seal surfaces of any foreign debris.
