Exhaust Manifold: Removal

  1. Remove the catalytic converter.
  2. Lower the vehicle.
  3. Remove the oil level indicator and tube bracket bolt.

    4. CAUTION: Do not work on the aluminum engine components until the engine is cold or damage may occur.

  4. Remove the six bolts and three nuts and remove the exhaust manifold.
    • Discard the gasket.
