Water Pump Removal & Installation

Drain the charge air cooling system coolant. Disconnect the electrical connector. Disconnect the resistor electrical connector. Disconnect the hoses, remove the bolts and the charge air water pump. See Fig 1. To install, reverse the removal procedure. The fill material on the dropping resistor must face away from the bracket.
