Heater Core Housing: Disassembly

Remove the seal.

Remove the heater core cover (18B300).
1. Remove the six screws.
2. Remove the heater core cover.
  - Remove and discard the heater core case seal (18658).

Remove the seals.

Remove the heater core (18476).

Drain the heater core.
Remove the A/C electronic door actuator motor (19E616).
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the A/C electronic door actuator motor.

Remove the temperature blend door.
1. Cut the seal.
2. Remove the temperature blend door.
