Sensor - Fuel Tank Pressure: Installation

NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 mi) or more to learn the strategy.

NOTE: Replace the fuel tank pressure sensor and spacer O-ring seals.

NOTE: Lubricate the fuel tank pressure sensor and spacer O-ring seals with Super Premium 5W-30 engine oil meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C153-F or equivalent prior to installation, to help seal and ease the installation.
