Hydraulic Lash Adjuster: Removal

  1. Remove the camshaft roller followers. For additional information, refer to CAMSHAFT ROLLER FOLLOWER .
    2. NOTE: The valve tappets are positional. Mark each valve tappet for installation in its original location.

  2. Remove the valve tappets (6500).
