Crankshaft Pulley: Installation

  1. Apply a bead of sealant to the keyway in the crankshaft damper and pulley assembly. Use the special tool to position and install the crankshaft damper and pulley assembly.

  2. Install the crankshaft damper and pulley assembly bolt.

  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Install the fan blade assembly. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
  5. Install the drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
