Measure height of brake pedal between center of brake pedal pad and floor. Measurement should be 7.60-7.72" (193-196 mm). To adjust pedal height, disconnect stoplight switch connector. Loosen stoplight switch lock nut. Loosen stoplight switch until it does not contact brake pedal. Loosen brake pedal push rod lock nut. Turn push rod until proper pedal height is achieved. Tighten lock nut. Rotate stoplight switch until it just contacts brake pedal. Tighten switch an additional 1/2 turn. Tighten stoplight switch lock nut.
