PINPOINT TEST HN: Turbocharger System: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- turbocharger bypass (TCBY) valve
- turbocharger bypass 2 (TCBY2) valve
- turbocharger wastegate regulating valve solenoid
- leaks or restrictions in the intake air system and charge air cooler (CAC)
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
