- Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM & ORNAMENTATION -- FUSION, MILAN & MKZ article.
- Remove the door check arm-to-body bolt.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- Remove the door check arm-to-door nuts.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
