Test Z: Seat Track Position Sensor Circuit Short To Ground (DTC C1947): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) monitors seat track position switch circuits for faults. If RCM detects a short to ground, it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C1947 in memory and flash Code 7-3 on AIR BAG warning light.
