Removal and Installation

  1. Lower the rear window.
  2. Remove the rear door inner trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM & ORNAMENTATION -- FUSION, MILAN & MKZ article.
  3. Remove the inner beltline weatherstrip.

  4. Remove the screw and the outer beltline weatherstrip.

  5. Position the rear window glass run aside.

  6. Remove the access hole plug.

  7. Remove the rear quarter glass window guide bolt and screw.

  8. Remove the rear quarter glass window guide.

  9. Remove the rear door fixed window glass.

  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
