Test V: Seat Position Sensor Circuit Fault (DTC C1981): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) monitors left front seat position switch circuits for faults. If RCM detects a current out of range condition, it will store DTC C1981 in memory and flash Code 49 on AIR BAG warning light.
