Removal and Installation

Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
Use Hi-Lift Jack to support the rear axle (4001).

Disconnect the lower end of the rear shock absorber (18125).
Separate the rear spring (5560) from the rear axle.
1. Remove the nuts.
2. Remove the U-bolts.
3. Remove the rear spring plate (5796).

Remove the rear spring.
1. Remove the bolt and nut.
2. Remove the bolt and nut.
3. Remove the rear spring.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
