Removal and Installation

Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
Support the rear axle with a suitable jack.
Remove the nut and bolt.
- Discard the nut.

Remove the nuts, spring plate and U-bolts.
- Discard the nuts and U-bolts.

Remove the bolt, flag nut, and washers.
- Discard the flag nut.
- Remove the leaf spring and shackle.

Remove the bolt, flag nut, and washers.
- Discard the flag nut.

Remove the nut, bolt and washers from the rear spring shackle assembly, then remove the rear spring shackle.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
