DTC P1000: On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) Systems Readiness Test Not Complete

P1000 - ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC (OBD) SYSTEMS READINESS TEST NOT COMPLETE

Description:	This DTC indicates all of the OBD monitors have not yet been successfully tested.
Possible Causes:	The vehicle is new from the factory 12 volt battery or powertrain control module (PCM) had recently been disconnected An OBD monitor concern occurred before completion of an OBD drive cycle PCM DTCs have recently been cleared with a scan tool
Diagnostic Aids:	The DTC does not need to be cleared from the PCM except to pass an inspection/maintenance test. The malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) flashes after a period of time with the ignition in the RUN position (engine not running) if DTC P1000 is set.
