Test E: No Power In Run Position

- Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect ignition switch harness connector C250. Measure voltage between ground and ignition switch harness connector C250 terminals B1 (Yellow wire), B3 (Yellow wire), B4 (Light Green/Violet wire) and B5 (Light Green/Violet wire). See Figure. If battery voltage exists at all terminals, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist at any terminal, repair open in appropriate wire(s). See POWER DISTRIBUTION in appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article in ELECTRICAL.
- Test ignition switch. See IGNITION SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. Replace ignition switch as needed. If ignition switch is okay, inspect operation of back-up lights. If back-up lights do not operate, repair open in Red/Black wire between ignition switch and central junction box. If radio does not operate, repair open in Black/Light Green wire between ignition switch and central junction box. If instrument cluster does not operate, repair open in Dark Blue/Light Green wire between ignition switch and central junction box. If blower motor does not operate, repair open in Gray/Yellow wire between ignition switch and central junction box. See POWER DISTRIBUTION in appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article in ELECTRICAL.
