Removal & Installation (2.3L)

Disconnect battery ground cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove left front inner fender splash shield. Remove protective caps from terminals. Remove terminal nuts. Remove ground cable retaining nut and position ground cable aside. Remove starter mounting bolts and starter. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
