Gearshift Lever: Installation

Position the gearshift lever.
Connect the gearshift cables to the gearshift lever.

NOTE: Make sure the clips are set completely within the cable adapter groove and fully seated.

Install the 2 gearshift cable clips.
Install the 4 gearshift lever nuts.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Adjust the gearshift cables. For additional information, refer to GEARSHIFT CABLE ADJUSTMENT .
Install the floor console finish panel.
Install the gearshift lever knob and boot assembly.
