No MyKey™ messages available	Unlimited key mode is turned on	DISABLE the unlimited key mode. REFER to SPARE KEY PROGRAMMING - UNLIMITED KEY MODE .
No MyKey™ messages available	MyKey™ feature not configured on at the assembly plant	INSTALL a new IC . REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC) .
MyKey™ acts as an admin key	Non-Ford approved remote start system was used to start the vehicle	NOTE: If the customer does not want to replace the non-Ford approved remote start system, program the remote start system as a MyKey™. REMOVE the non-Ford approved remote start system and INSTALL a Ford approved remote start system.
Cannot locate the MyKey™ restricted key	The MyKey™ restricted key is lost/stolen	PURCHASE a new key and PROGRAM it to PATS . REFER to SPARE KEY PROGRAMMING - USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT . PROGRAM the new key to the MyKey™ restricted key status. REFER to MYKEY™ PROGRAMMING .
All keys have been programmed to a MyKey™ restricted key status	The vehicle has a remote start system that is recognized as the last admin key	REFER to DISABLE MYKEY™ RESTRICTED FEATURES in this article to disable all programmed MyKeys™.
Total number of admin keys and MyKeys™ programmed includes one more key than customer has	An unauthorized key has been programmed to the vehicle as a MyKey™ restricted key or as an admin key	If the vehicle does not have a remote start system (or has remote start with more than one additional unauthorized key), PROGRAM the PATS keys to clear the unauthorized key from PATS memory. REFER to INTEGRATED KEYHEAD TRANSMITTER (IKT) KEY PROGRAMMING USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT . If necessary, PROGRAM the desired key to a MyKey™ restricted key status. REFER to MYKEY™ PROGRAMMING .
	The vehicle has a remote start system	The concern is product characteristic. RELEASE the vehicle to the customer. If necessary, REFER to DISABLE MYKEY™ RESTRICTED FEATURES in this article to disable all programmed MyKeys™. This action also disables any MyKey™ restrictions the remote start system may have.
The MyKey™ distance does not accumulate	The MyKey™ is not being used by the intended driver The MyKey™ system has recently been cleared The vehicle was remote started using a non-Ford approved remote start system and the MyKey™ was not cycled in the ignition lock cylinder to the ON position IC	MAKE SURE the key being used is a MyKey™ restricted key by observing the message center messages when the vehicle is started using the MyKey™. VERIFY the MyKey™ restricted key is being used by driving the vehicle using the MyKey™ restricted key and checking the miles accumulated before and after the drive. If the MyKey™ miles do not accumulate using the MyKey™ restricted key, INSTALL a new IC . REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC) . TEST the system for normal operation.
