Air bag warning indicator is illuminated continuously	Fuse to Restraints Control Module (RCM) Wiring, terminals or connectors Faulty Data Link Connector (DLC) Instrument Cluster (IC) module RCM	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
Air bag indicator flashing	Air bag/pretensioner Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) fault	CARRY OUT RCM and Occupant Classification System Module (OCSM) self-test. REFER to DTC CHARTS .
Audible tone - DTCs retrieved	Air bag SRS system fault and air bag warning indicator fault	CARRY OUT RCM and IC module self-test. REFER to RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE (RCM) DTC CHART and the Instrument Cluster (IC) module DTC Chart in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
The RCM does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Scan tool DLC Circuitry RCM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the no communication concern.
The Occupant Classification System Module (OCSM) does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Scan tool DLC Circuitry OCSM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the no communication concern.
