Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove the rear bumper isolator from the rear bumper.
    • Pull the isolator rearward to remove it from the retaining pins.
  3. Remove the 2 rear bumper nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  4. Remove the 4 rear bumper bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  5. Remove the rear bumper.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
