Removal and Installation

- Drain the engine coolant. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
- Remove the 3 auxiliary coolant flow pump bolts.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- Disconnect the auxiliary coolant flow pump electrical connector.
- Release the 2 heater hose clamps and disconnect the 2 heater hoses from the auxiliary coolant flow pump.
- Remove the auxiliary coolant flow pump.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Fill the engine coolant level. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
