Air bag warning indicator is illuminated continuously	Fuse DTC Wiring, terminals or connectors Data Link Connector (DLC) Restraints Control Module (RCM)	Go To PINPOINT TEST A .
Air bag indicator flashing	RCM not configured	INSTALL a new RCM and CARRY OUT Programmable Module Installation (PMI). REFER to RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE (RCM) .
Audible tone - DTCs retrieved	Air bag SRS fault and air bag warning indicator fault CARRY OUT RCM and IC module self-test.	REFER to RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE (RCM) DTC Chart and the Instrument Cluster (IC) Module DTC Chart in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
The RCM does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Circuitry Scan tool DLC RCM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the no communication concern.
The Occupant Classification System Module (OCSM) does not respond to the scan tool	Open fuse Circuitry Scan tool DLC OCSM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the no communication concern.
