RETRIEVE and RECORD all PCM DTCs. REFER to the ENGINE CONTROLS - POWERTRAIN DTC CHARTS & DESCRIPTIONS (EXCEPT DIESEL & HYBRID) or Hybrid, refer to ENGINE CONTROLS - POWERTRAIN DTC CHARTS AND DESCRIPTIONS (HYBRID) to diagnose the engine speed or vehicle speed concern.
