Universal Joints

U-joints are composed of the following:
- Spiders
- Trunnions
- Grease seals
- Needle rollers
- Bearing cups
The U-joint is a method of connecting the driveshaft to the drive axle. A U-joint allows the angles of the output shafts, driveshaft and pinions to rotate smoothly while constantly accelerating and decelerating. The U-joint is lubricated for the life of the vehicle.
