Transmission Filler Tube: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION article.
  2. Remove the transmission fluid level indicator.

  3. Remove the transmission fluid filler tube nut at the cylinder head.

  4. Remove the transmission fluid filler tube nut at the intake manifold.

  5. Remove the transmission fluid filler tube.

  6. Remove and discard the transmission fluid filler tube O-ring.
