Overdrive (O/D) OFF (Cancelled) (Not shown on display) (6.0L engine)

Overdrive (O/D) OFF mode is activated by pressing the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) at the end of the selector lever while the selector lever is in the Overdrive (Circle D) position.

The O/D cancelled mode provides:

automatic shifts 1st through 5th gears.
traction and engine braking.
additional power while towing or hauling heavy loads.
