Hydraulic Lash Adjuster: Removal

  1. Remove the camshaft roller followers. For additional information, refer to Camshaft Roller Follower .
    2. CAUTION: The hydraulic lash adjusters must be installed in their original locations. Record the hydraulic lash adjuster locations. Failure to follow these instructions may result in engine damage.
  2. Remove the hydraulic lash adjusters.
