Motor Electronics Cooler

1 8B273 Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS) radiator inlet hose
2 8B274-B MECS radiator outlet hose
3 N606676-S MECS radiator bolts
4 8005-B MECS radiator
  1. Drain the Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS). For additional information, refer to Motor Electronics Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to BUMPERS article.
  3. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the MECS radiator inlet hose.

  5. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the MECS radiator outlet hose.

    NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.
  7. Remove the MECS radiator bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

  9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
